1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ceylon Compass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Ceylon Compass acts as a transport booking platform. We are responsible for facilitating the booking and payment process but are not the direct provider of transport services.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payments must be made in accordance with the selected payment method. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip may be subject to a cancellation fee.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and for treating our staff and providers with respect. Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ceylon Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
